The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. The responsibilities of this position include: Performs entry level General/OB/ and/or Vascular ultrasound procedures for physician review. Performs exams based on patient anatomy and habitus. Assists Radiologists and other Physicians in the performance of exams and procedures that require a physician. Performs exams in all areas of the hospital such as portables on units, portables in ED and portables in OR. Prepares patients for interventional procedures. Maintains the integrity of a sterile field during procedures that require one. Completes hospital/department forms per protocol. Assists Imaging Support in locating films, printing reports, and assisting physicians. The qualifications for this position include: Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED, Six months experience performing ultrasound in a clinical setting either training or working, American Heart Association Basic Life Support, Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT). Preferred:
Associate degree or higher, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Cerner experience, CT CRT Preferred: AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT Certified Radiologic Technologist, One year experience working and performing ultrasound in a clinical setting.
