LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Automation Manager for a permanent opportunity for our client in the Dallas, TX area. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a passion for elevating brand presence through strategic automation. This is a hybrid opportunity in the Dallas area. Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and web platforms using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder. Develop and maintain data extensions, automation workflows, and campaign assets. Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized communications tailored to customer interests and behaviors. Analyze audience data to optimize targeting and increase conversion rates. Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer retention. Marketing Technology Integration: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and external data sources to ensure seamless workflow and accurate data synchronization. A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate creative assets, messaging, and automated journeys. Implement learnings to refine campaign strategies and enhance results. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all marketing automation practices adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Stay up-to-date on best practices in data privacy, CAN-SPAM compliance, and customer consent management. Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, content creators, and IT specialists. Innovation & Growth: Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends. Evaluate new tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in marketing automation roles, with a significant focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Clouds suite of tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, customer lifecycle management, and omni-channel campaign execution. Proficiency in audience segmentation, data extensions, list management, and dynamic content creation. Advanced knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and performance metrics. Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and external platforms. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Solid understanding of compliance regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work hybrid at our clients office in the Dallas, TX area.
