Overview
Parts Room Associate II (Oklahoma City) at Niagara Bottling. The role focuses on maintaining stock of MRO spare parts and consumables, including purchasing, inventory accuracy, managing consumption/usage, and on-hand levels to ensure line uptime. Responsibilities
Purchasing: Restocks consumables and critical spare parts, provides PO delivery status updates for outstanding orders, corrects and manages AP MRO Outstanding Issues, receives all deliveries, and manages inter-organizational shipping and receiving. Inventory Management: Manages physical spare parts inventory and storage locations; maintains stock in Oracle EBS and Power Pick Global; performs weekly/quarterly MRO cycle counts and reconciles discrepancies; organizes the parts room per 5S; tracks and files warranty claims; identifies parts in E-CAT system. Maintenance Planning: Creates PM Work Order Scripts and manages work order backlog; facilitates maintenance planning meetings; assists technicians during downtime; provides on-site database support as a subject matter expert; assists with annual machine rebuilds; creates PM plans for line downtime and ensures PMs are completed on schedule; coordinates with Maintenance and Production Teams; evaluates PM effectiveness; ensures material and labor costs are captured on work orders; maintains vendor relationships; sources items/parts as needed; attends monthly parts room calls; tracks and completes work orders; maintains ongoing knowledge through education opportunities; maintains safe work environment. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment 2 years experience in the position 2 years experience managing people/projects Experience may include a combination of work experience and education. Proficient in Inventory Management Systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar; proficient in CMMS/ERP systems/MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word. Preferred Qualifications: 4 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment 4 years experience in the position 4 years experience managing people/projects Experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing and Inventory Competencies
