Lead the preparation of estimates for office, hospitality, and multifamily residential projects-both ground-up and major renovations. Perform conceptual estimating, GMP development, and value engineering across all 16 divisions, including MEP. Collaborate with project teams to evaluate scope, schedule, and cost strategies. Prepare and present budgets that demonstrate both technical accuracy and practical construction insight. 10+ years of estimating experience across multiple sectors, with strong exposure to office, hotel, and residential multifamily projects. Technical degree in Engineering or Architecture. Demonstrated expertise in GMP, conceptual estimating, and value engineering. A hands-on approach with the ability to estimate across all trades, including MEP.
