This role on the TurboTax CRMs team is highly strategic and focused on driving customer conversion through complex CRM program development and activation, specifically for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) and DIWM (Do-It-With-Me) customers post-authentication. You will build and execute sophisticated omnichannel strategies that guide these customers through their tax filing journey, from login to completed return. This position requires deep strategic thinking, strong activation expertise across CRM channels, and a passion for data-driven personalization. You will also manage and mentor a small team of marketers, overseeing project prioritization, process definition, campaign planning, and workload management. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position in Southern California is $150,500-203,500 and in the Bay Area California $171,500-231,500. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. 5-7 years of experience managing large and highly complex retention marketing campaigns across all CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-product notifications), with a proven track record in post-authentication conversion for DIY and/or DIWM customer segments. 3-4 years of experience in team management, with a strong focus on growing and mentoring talent. Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced, cohesive business and CRM strategies. Experience building sophisticated customer experiences and journeys across multiple channels, addressing complex customer problems for both DIY and DIWM users. A deep understanding of the data that underpins CRM programs to enable advanced campaign orchestration and personalization for diverse DIY and DIWM behaviors. Expert knowledge of email marketing best practices from contact strategy to creative iteration, testing setup to results sharing. Superior organizational, strategic project management, and communication skills; hands-on management of complex campaign deployments under tight deadlines across multiple teams and stakeholders. Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-grade marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stacks. Deep familiarity with Braze, Movable Ink, or Stensul is a plus. A builder mindset with a bold vision for efficient market entry and decisive leadership to transform ideas into action for DIY and DIWM customers. Define and own the post-authentication contact strategy for DIY and DIWM customers, developing cohesive omnichannel plans that integrate with the product experience and drive repeat visits and conversion across funnel stages. Lead authentication-to-complete channel activation with a strategic focus on email marketing and data-backed innovation to optimize the DIY and DIWM journey. Architect and deliver high-impact campaigns with compelling storytelling and solution-focused content for DIY and DIWM tax filers. Refine and expand complex automated and scheduled campaigns, articulating targeting and personalization requirements and partnering with CRM data and operations teams for proper implementation. Champion digital marketing and CRM innovation by leveraging large datasets to deploy ultra-personalized communications. Manage and mentor a team of marketers, guiding project prioritization, process definition, campaign planning, and workload management. Drive performance reporting and insights, identifying new KPIs to benchmark CRM impact on product progress and tax completion for DIY and DIWM customers. Lead omnichannel execution across Push, SMS, In-App, and In-Product channels, tailoring approaches for DIY and DIWM segments. Collaborate on a holistic contact strategy with related CRM leads to ensure strategic alignment across DIY and DIWM customer experiences. Seniority level
