Lifecycle Marketing Manager

to lead the end-to-end learner journey strategy, ensuring candidates progress seamlessly from enrollment through course completion and into Expert roles. This role is accountable for funnel conversions and learner engagement as growth levers — designing personalized journeys, orchestrating lifecycle campaigns, and embedding role-aligned readiness content. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will define the lifecycle strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable conversion improvements to ensure a sustainable and predictable talent pipeline that drives long-term business growth. Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy and Funnel Ownership Own the learner lifecycle strategy across acquisition, onboarding, progression, and re-engagement. Align the lifecycle strategy with the broader, long-term business objectives of the Intuit Expert Network, ensuring it supports key organizational priorities. Accountable for journey mapping and orchestration (CJO) to reduce drop-off and improve conversion at every stage. Campaign and Engagement Leadership Design and scale personalized lifecycle campaigns, leveraging segmentation, behavioral triggers, and AI-driven personalization. Champion a culture of innovation by developing breakthrough concepts for learner engagement and challenging the status quo. Own agency partnerships and performance, holding vendors accountable for delivering measurable conversion outcomes (email, SEO, CRO). Content and Readiness Enablement Own lifecycle content strategy (emails, nurture series, readiness touchpoints) to drive engagement and measurable learner progression. Partner with Learning Experience Design to ensure content builds the skills and confidence needed for progression and certification. Cross-Functional Leadership Co-own funnel conversion with TM/TA, ensuring learner readiness translates directly into hiring outcomes. Drive the strategic lifecycle roadmap, influencing product and analytics partners to secure resources and align their roadmaps against key business outcomes. Data, Insights and Experimentation Use analytics to identify friction points, segment opportunities, and campaign performance drivers. Develop and present robust, data-driven business cases to advocate for strategic investments and initiatives that improve funnel performance. Design, test, and scale experiments (e.g., re-engagement levers, mid-funnel nudges, progression pathways) to lift completion and conversion. Thought Leadership and Craft Excellence Serve as the accountable owner for lifecycle conversions within Intuit Academy. Establish best practices in lifecycle marketing, mentor peers, and advance the lifecycle craft across Expert Experiences. Mentor and coach other team members on lifecycle best practices, elevating the craft within the broader team. Qualifications

Significant experience in lifecycle, growth, or product marketing with a track record of improving funnel conversion and learner/customer engagement. Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end journeys that lift conversion, retention, and readiness outcomes. Data-driven decision-maker with strong experimentation and analytics skills. Comfortable owning agency partnerships (SEO, CRO, lifecycle campaigns) and holding them accountable to outcomes. Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to secure buy-in and drive alignment among senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on strategic priorities. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. Preferred Skills

Familiarity with credential-driven learning or workforce readiness programs. Experience embedding AI and adaptive personalization into lifecycle journeys. Strong understanding of education-to-hiring funnels or talent supply pipelines.
