Overview
Manager of Consumer Insights
will help drive research efforts across our family of brands. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, this role will support the planning, execution, and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to help inform brand and corporate strategies. This role will be instrumental in gathering and translating data into clear, actionable insightsbalancing in-house research with external vendor collaboration when needed. About Xponential Fitness

Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of research studies to understand consumer behavior, brand perception, awareness, equity, and competitive positioning. Design and manage surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other research methodsboth in-house and in partnership with agencies. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Support the development of brand health trackers and dashboards to monitor awareness, perception, and key performance indicators. Translate research findings into compelling narratives, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teamsincluding brand, operations, and marketingto integrate insights into business strategies. Help manage relationships with external research vendors, including drafting briefs, reviewing methodologies, and overseeing deliverables. Stay current with research best practices, tools, and consumer trends.

$78,500-$100,000 Benefits

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a similar role. Experience executing both qualitative and quantitative research studies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of survey design, data collection methods, and basic statistical analysis. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for understanding consumer behavior and helping brands grow through insight.
