Position Overview
The Special Security Representative (SSR) conducts day-to-day management and implementation of SCI Security and administrative management for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Advises and assists company leaders with SCI program management and policy, plans, and operations integration. Coordinates with Special Security Officer as required. Responsibilities
Conducts SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, obtaining signed nondisclosure agreements, training on classified security operations topics. Provides guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, government, and contractor personnel. Other duties may include, but not limited to, audits of classified material; inspections of classified material storage facilities/SCIFs/containers. Process nominations, Process foreign contact forms, Process SF86s. Position may require working weekends, holidays, overnights and/or shift work. Required Experience/Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance 1-4 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of personnel security, physical security, and information security programs requirements. Experience providing security services support, including tracking and processing requests for SCI access, badging, indoctrination briefings, managing security profiles of workforce, and coordinating visitor access. Experience using clearance and security systems, including DISS, ACCS, and Scattered Castles; Certifying and receive SCI visitor clearances/accesses. Experience performing inspections of SCIFs, classified material storage. Preferred Experience/Qualifications
4+ years' experience in the IC or DoD operation of a SCIF DCSA SpeD certifications (PSC, SFPC, etc.) ODNI ICD 704, 705 and SSO courses Special Requirements/Security Clearance
