Join Our Team! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about real estate? Were looking for a Transaction & Listing Coordinator to handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our deals and listings running smoothly. This is a dual-role position where youll play a key part in both managing contracts from contract-to-close and preparing/marketing listings. Note: this is an in-office position. Responsibilities

Transaction Coordinator Duties: Open, organize, and manage all transaction files from contract to close. Review contracts, addenda, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance. Track key contract dates, deadlines, and contingencies. Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and escrow/title. Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments. Upload, audit, and maintain compliance files with brokerage standards. Provide regular updates to agents and clients on transaction status. Listing Coordinator Duties: Input and maintain listings in MLS and online platforms. Prepare listing paperwork, disclosures, and client packets. Schedule and coordinate photography, staging, signage, and lockboxes. Create and manage marketing materials and listing presentations. Manage and work with vendors on-site and virtually. Track listing activity and show feedback for agents and sellers. Ensure all listing details are accurate and up to date across platforms. Serve as the point of contact for sellers during the listing process. Qualifications

Candidates MUST HAVE ALL of the following criteria to be considered for the position: Prior real estate transaction coordination experience. Familiarity with local MLS and real estate contracts. Strong organizational skills and ultra-high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In an office position, live within 30-60 minutes of the Boston office. Compensation
