About Us
Final Frontier Land, LLC is a fast-growing family run land investment company based in Oklahoma City, specializing in buying, selling, and marketing rural land across multiple states. In a nutshell, we buy land directly from sellers with the end goal of improving and/or developing the land before selling to end buyers. We are a high-energy, entrepreneurial team that values integrity, compassion, belief, consistency, and energy. Our culture is anchored in five core values:
We are honest and full of integrity. Whether having a tough conversation with a seller, revealing property issues to a buyer, or admitting a mistake to a teammate, we always operate with honesty and integrity.
We are compassionate connectors. This is a people business. We step back, put ourselves in others’ shoes, listen well, and build real connections with sellers, buyers, vendors, and teammates alike.
We have self-belief (a can-do attitude). We believe we’re good people, capable of accomplishing anything with hard work, and we approach challenges with the mindset of winners.
We follow the law of the harvest. Every deed is a seed. We trust the process, stay consistent, and keep taking action — knowing that good results always come from steady consistent hard work.
We make the choice to bring the juice every day. We choose positivity, bring energy, and spread an infectious attitude that lifts the whole team and the people we encounter every day.
Right now the team consists of Blake and Will who are both based out of Oklahoma City. As well as 5 fully virtual employees based out of South America and the Philippines. We have a lot of fun together and try to foster a culture of connection and high energy fun. We have weekly meetings as an entire team where we check in with everyone, encourage everyone, and have some fun together. There are additional meetings throughout the week for more team- and project-specific responsibilities.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator. Previous work in some of the following fields would make you a good fit for the role:
Transaction Coordinator for other investment group
Transaction Coordinator for a real estate agency/ brokerage
Title Assistant or Escrow Agent for a Title Company
Paralegal or Legal Assistant at a law firm
Other general real estate and legal related positions managing a volume of deals with high attention to detail
Open to any applicants with real estate experience who understand the transaction process, are organized hustlers and are good at talking to everyday folks. You will be the manager overseeing our under contract funnel for all deals from contract to close. Think of this role as the quarterback of the transaction process — the orchestrator who makes sure sellers, title companies, agent partners, attorneys, surveyors, and our internal team are all aligned and moving toward a smooth, on-time closing. There are many tasks, deadlines and responsibilities for each deal which you will have to stay on top of to ensure all properties are moving towards a successful closing and no balls are being dropped.
This is a full-time role (30–40 hrs/week) at $20/hour. Remote anywhere in the U.S., with bonus points if you’re near Oklahoma City.

Oversee due diligence tasks (surveys, reports, follow-ups).
Track and enforce all contract dates and deadlines — no missed milestones.
Send and manage contracts, letters, and self-closing documents.
Keep deals organized in the CRM and ensure tasks stay up-to-date.
Marketing & Dispositions Support
Double check our property listings to ensure that our land agents listed our property on all platforms and to our standard.
Monitor listings for quality, performance and order price adjustments.
Process and log offers once accepted.
Maintain organized documentation at each deal milestone.
Deal Completion
Organize and file all documents to close out a file.
Log documents and information in our CRM following our completion checklist.

What We’re Looking For

Extremely detail-oriented and organized — thrives on tracking dates, documents, and communications.
High level of ownership — takes responsibility for deadlines and outcomes.
High-energy communicator — empathetic with sellers, assertive with vendors, comfortable picking up the phone.
