This position reports to the Director of CRO and involves developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates for advertising, landing pages, and websites within our CRO service line. You will work directly with enterprise SaaS clients, creating custom strategies, leading CRO initiatives, and demonstrating strategic leadership to ensure top-tier performance. Responsibilities
Lead and execute CRO strategies, analyzing data to improve client conversion rates Design tailored CRO initiatives for various clients Manage day-to-day CRO activities for multiple accounts, including A/B and multivariate testing Provide guidance on CRO methodologies and tools, especially for clients new to CRO Conduct CRO audits and develop improvement plans Set KPIs and develop A/B testing roadmaps for digital campaigns and websites Make informed CRO recommendations considering client risk appetite and maturity Collaborate with other teams and support client pitches with strategic insights Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through strong client relationships Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with 3+ years focused on CRO, preferably in B2B/SaaS Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop tailored CRO strategies Extensive client-facing experience managing complex relationships Proficiency with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), analytics (GA4, Adobe), heatmaps, and reporting tools Ability to identify new CRO opportunities through data analysis and client insights Active engagement in CRO thought leadership and continuous learning Success Metrics
