As an SailPoint Engineer, you have the skills and experience to keep hackers from taking data and breaking processes. As a SailPoint Engineer at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and user roles. You'll apply knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and frameworks to design and implement secure access management solutions. You will design and integrate IAM toolsets to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) to improve security posture. You'll assess existing environments and recommend MFA solutions addressing various Authentication Assurance Levels. You will analyze emerging authentication technologies to support both internal and external users. You Have:
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and configuration, including events, RBAC, certifications, and provisioning workflows
Experience with identity lifecycle processes, account provisioning/deprovisioning, and entitlement management
Experience with Java and scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or XML for customizing workflows, rules, and connectors
Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with systems like Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Azure
Experience managing access certification campaigns and supporting audit and compliance initiatives
Knowledge of IAM principles such as least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and best practices in identity governance
Knowledge of REST or SOAP APIs, version control tools like Git or Maven, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of other IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta, or ForgeRock
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other cloud-based IGA platforms
Knowledge of GRC platforms and risk integration methodologies
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Engineer Certification
CISSP, CISA, or similar certification
Clearance:
Applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation:
We offer comprehensive benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Salary ranges from $86,900 to $198,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors. This posting closes within 90 days from the posting date.
