As an SailPoint Engineer, you have the skills and experience to keep hackers from taking data and breaking processes. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their missions without disruption. As an SailPoint Engineer at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users' roles within them. You'll apply knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and frameworks to conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions. You will design and integrate IAM toolsets to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) as a means of improving the security posture of large organizations. You'll assess existing client environment and provide recommendations for MFA solutions that address various Authentication Assurance Levels. You will analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions that support both internal and external users. Support large-scale IAM projects for government clients; interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze processes and user roles.

Apply IAM solutions and frameworks to design and implement secure access management solutions; design and integrate IAM toolsets to enable MFA and SSO.

Assess client environments and provide recommendations for MFA solutions addressing various Authentication Assurance Levels.

Analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions for internal and external users.

Supervise junior engineers and maintain oversight on project milestones.

Collaborate to support national security objectives.

You Have

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and configuration, including events, RBAC, certifications, and provisioning workflows.

Experience with identity lifecycle processes, account provisioning or deprovisioning, and entitlement management.

Experience with Java and scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or XML for customizing workflows, rules, and connectors.

Experience with integration of SailPoint IIQ with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Azure.

Experience with configuring and managing access certification campaigns and supporting audit and compliance initiatives.

Knowledge of IAM principles such as least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), and identity governance best practices.

Knowledge of REST or SOAP APIs, version control tools such as Git or Maven, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration.

Knowledge of other IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Okta, or ForgeRock.

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

HS diploma or GED.

Nice If You Have

Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other cloud-based IGA platforms.

Knowledge of GRC platforms and risk integration methodologies.

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Engineer Certification.

CISSP, CISA, or similar Certification.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
