Head Of Business Development
We're looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head Of Business Development to accelerate our growth by building, scaling, and managing partnerships with health systems nationwide. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business development, partnership management, and market expansion. Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for expanding partnerships with health systems Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and health system partners Build relationships with C-suite and senior leadership within provider organizations Lead end-to-end partnership development from initial outreach to contract negotiation and launch Collaborate with clinical, product, and marketing teams to deliver successful implementations Monitor and optimize partnership performance, driving adoption and measurable outcomes Requirements
7+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy within healthcare (preferably health systems, digital health, or value-based care) Proven track record of selling and scaling B2B healthcare partnerships Deep understanding of health system operations, priorities, and decision-making processes Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and collaborative environment Mindset & Approach

Experience leading GTM at a Series A company Familiarity with health system sales, extra bonus points if selling bandwidth extender visits (virtual clinic partnering to grow service capacity) Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills (bonus: experience with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Google Drive Suite, Notion, or Airtable) Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $155,000-$200,000. Neura Health Hybrid Model: We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. Our office is conveniently located at 205 East 42nd Street in New York.
