Positions perform security, enforcement, and public contact duties, including patrolling, monitoring electronic security systems, guarding property, and reporting incidents. They must understand safety practices, handle emergencies, and maintain confidentiality. Shift work including weekends and overtime may be required. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and necessary competencies. A valid NC driver’s license may be required. Preferred Qualifications:

Document activities accurately using security systems and reports. Respond to calls for service promptly, maintaining workload balance. Ensure proper locking/unlocking of facilities. Make quick, informed decisions in various situations. Competencies:
Technical security knowledge, including equipment use and maintenance. Advanced communication skills for information gathering and reporting. Proficiency in patrol, enforcement, and emergency response. Decision-making skills for critical incidents. Physical & Environmental Demands:
Repetitive motions, lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various environments, including outdoors, heights, and extreme conditions.
