Job Summary:  
We are seeking a Contractor to support the Sourcing Operations and M&A integration initiatives. This role will drive project management discipline, ensuring consistent execution of sourcing projects, operational efficiency, and smooth transitions during M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting for sourcing operations and M&A workstreams.  
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication, alignment, and executive-level updates.  
  • Support integration planning, risk/issue tracking, and milestone execution related to M&A.  
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adoption of PMO best practices.  
  • Prepare documentation, dashboards, and leadership reporting.  

Required Qualifications:  
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, or similar).  

Preferred Qualifications:  
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, or sourcing/operations.  
  • Experience supporting M&A integration efforts.  

Certifications:  
  • PMP  
  • Six Sigma Certified  

Education: High School

Certification: Project Management Professional , Six Sigma
