Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for picking and packing products scheduled for shipment. This role involves verifying incoming and outgoing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring proper storage and inventory management. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe work environment while supporting various warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and ship product.
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks/containers.
• Receive and process stock and materials.
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move material as needed (push/pull 35 lbs).
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Handheld / RF Scanner experience.
• Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience.
• Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
