LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the DFW area. The ideal candidate brings at least four years of marketing experience, preferably within the home building sector, fluency in modern marketing tools and trends, and a passion for creating campaigns that resonate with homeowners, partners, and the broader community. This is an onsite role based in the DFW (Dallas–Fort Worth) area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy:
Conceive, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive brand awareness, and generate quality leads. Leverage market research, industry trends, and consumer insights to craft compelling messaging and campaigns tailored to the home building industry.
Agency Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between our company and external marketing agencies. Oversee agency selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and workflow coordination to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Project Management:
Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion. Establish timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
Brand Development:
Champion the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from digital platforms to print collateral to on-site signage. Protect and enhance the brand’s reputation in all marketing materials and public communications.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and audience engagement.
Content Creation and Storytelling:
Collaborate with internal teams, external writers, and creative agencies to develop engaging content that showcases our homes, highlights customer stories, and illustrates our commitment to quality and innovation.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Gather and evaluate market research, analyze competitor activity, and create detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Event Planning:
Organize and execute community events, model home tours, launch events, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and foster relationships with potential home buyers and partners.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels and initiatives. Track expenditures and provide regular budget updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused in the home building or residential construction sector
Proven expertise in developing and executing fully integrated marketing strategies
Demonstrated success managing marketing agencies and external vendors
Strong project management skills with a record of leading complex, multi-channel campaigns to completion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
Ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and present actionable recommendations
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the DFW area.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
