CarGurus CarGurus is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team in this role. You will partner with high-value CarGurus customers to deliver targeted support to optimize dealers’ results with CarGurus. You will develop and lead on-site training and ongoing coaching to dealership employees, empowering them with knowledge and tools to optimize lead handling, improve customer connections, and drive return on investment. This role requires robust collaboration across CarGurus teams and will synthesize dealer feedback to influence product roadmap and how CarGurus shows up in the market. What You'll Do

Leverage automotive expertise to create resources and deliver the best training and service for internal CarGurus teams and external dealer customers. Provide engaging on-site training and support to dealership employees, focusing on lead handling optimization, customer communications, and CarGurus product expertise. Prepare resources for new products going to market and keep materials updated to reflect latest innovations and enhancements. Indirectly drive organic account growth, product adoption, and reduce churn through a consultative relationship-management approach. Gather and summarize dealer feedback and experiences, then proactively communicate this to CarGurus leadership and stakeholder groups. Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercialization, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to share learnings through written documents, in-person and virtual presentations, and other channels. Who You Are

Previous experience in dealership operations, sales, F&I, or BDC & Internet department management, minimum of 5 years. Ability to travel nationwide, up to multiple days each week if needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort delivering information publicly and leading meetings, through in-person and virtual channels. A lover of data who can compile and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making. Value on personal brand and how it is perceived by dealership and CarGurus customers. Ability to operate with autonomy and thrive in ambiguity and change, while maintaining an ownership mindset. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, reconciling direction from multiple stakeholders, and managing multiple responsibilities. Salary and Benefits

US base salary range: $86,000—$119,000 USD. Base pay is one part of the Total Package, which may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. The range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across US locations; individual pay is determined by location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
