Supervision of all program staff, ensuring they are carrying out all federal and state requirements of the program. Ensures the on-going implementation of certification and in-service training for Ombudsman volunteers and that they are conducted in accordance with State Ombudsman Program requirements. Organizes Ombudsman volunteer training and meetings Assures that any files maintained by the Ombudsman Program are disclosed only at the discretion of the State Long Term Care Ombudsman, and that the identity of any complainant or resident of a long-term care facility is not disclosed unless as specified by law. Program Director - Ombudsman
Minimum Salary: $62,400 Program Director - Ombudsman
Maximum Salary: $64,900 Program Director - Ombudsman
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4:00pm Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or Human Services 5+ years of relevant experience including some supervisory experience Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle Benefits
