Director, Product – Global Payments Partnerships – New York, NY, Austin, TX or Denver, CO. This is a role in the Payments Product Team at Western Union, focusing on strategy and execution across funds-in and funds-out payment networks. You will lead a global team of partnership managers, driving sourcing, solutioning, integration, and operational oversight of payment partnerships that power Western Union’s money movement capabilities. You will prioritize and guide the work of the partnerships team, overseeing scorecarding, performance management, and strategic sourcing in collaboration with regional business and product leaders. Your leadership will ensure a high-performing partnership ecosystem that supports seamless, secure, and scalable customer experiences across markets. As a senior leader, you will shape initiatives that deliver innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage, grounded in market trends, partner capabilities, and business goals, contributing to a best-in-class global remittance payments platform. Role Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a team of partnerships managers tasked with performance management, strategic sourcing, and operational oversight of Western Union’s payments partners. Own partner negotiations including commercial agreements, integrations, and co-marketing plans. Collaborate with region, channel, and product teams to turn partnerships into revenue and growth. Continuously educate the partnerships team, as well as internal and external stakeholders on the vision, mission, current and desired future state of our products and platforms. Measure and optimize the impact of partnerships across a developed set of KPIs, including performance, cost and scalability. Prepare executive reporting around KPIs and OKRs. Responsible for the performance of the partnerships teams and for professional development goals at the team and individual levels. Set an example of living Western Union’s values around engagement and inclusion. Act as a change agent and driver of innovation. Role Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in Financial Services, preferably payments, and 5+ years of experience managing teams. Undergraduate or graduate degree in business or engineering. Product Management Skills: strategic and tactical product management, working knowledge of agile methodologies, change management, end-to-end PDLC. Project Management Skills: ability to create project plans, coordinate, organize, adapt, and execute. Communication Skills: excellent writing and communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: proven problem-solving skills, robust technological background, and understanding of business processes. We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere. Salary: The base salary range is $160,000 – $250,000 per year, with total on target compensation including base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives aligned to performance. Benefits
