This role is for a Senior Consultant – Sage Construction Management (SCM) Implementation. What You’ll Do
You will work directly with clients to deliver SCM solutions via implementation projects and ongoing support. Responsibilities include: Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications to deliver high-quality service Manage priorities independently and multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities Advocate for clients, team members, and the product Work effectively both independently and in a team environment Mentor other team members in subject matter areas Monitor and respond to customer technical issues and implementation questions Articulate system functionality clearly through written and oral communication Coordinate, plan, and lead internal and client project team meetings Configure and implement Sage Construction Management using prescriptive methodology for on-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery and high client satisfaction Provide sales demonstrations for Sage Construction Management software Document customer requirements into configurable software solutions and business processes Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements, recommending alternatives when needed Lead or assist with all aspects of the implementation process, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration Conduct training for end-users at all levels and relate system functionality to business operations Achieve advanced proficiency with Excel for data mapping, integration, and migration Develop knowledge of SCM features and stay current with product enhancements, especially related to CRE Perform additional assignments as requested by management Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Deep knowledge of the construction industry and terminology 2+ years as Project Control Specialist or Project Manager in construction 2+ years with construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Corecon, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, Autodesk, RedTeam) Sage Construction Management Implementation certificate (preferred) Experience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred) Knowledge of construction project accounting and project estimating (preferred) Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or end-user experience during implementation or upgrades (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Compensation range: $85,910 to $162,890.
