What You Will Do

Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for: working with multiple project managers and customers in the construction vertical to configure and implement the Sage Intacct software, following the prescriptive implementation methodology to deliver in-scope/on-budget/on-time projects with high customer satisfaction and successful adoption. Follow all stages of the implementation process, including collaborative consultations with the client, defining requirements, designing solutions, configurations, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration. Deepen knowledge of the Sage Intacct software and stay current with the latest product features and enhancements, especially related to the CRE product at Sage. Develop deep vertical knowledge of construction industry processes, including General Contractors, Developers, Specialty Contractors, Home Services, etc. Utilize a prescriptive implementation approach using templated project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while optimizing ROI. Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels and relate system functionality to business requirements. Document customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business processes using best practices and visual process flowcharts. Respond to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation. Design and build industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate project execution. Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide learning programs; seek knowledge. Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients; support work-life balance and a collaborative team environment. Successful Candidates Will Have

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS (with general understanding of accounting terms). 1+ years of experience in consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications and/or other SaaS solutions; construction industry experience in accounting or operations is a plus. Public accounting experience or experience as an end user of Sage Intacct or similar ERP system is preferred. End-to-end consulting experience through the software delivery life cycle or equivalent implementation experience. Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping, integration and migration. Strong time management, communication, relationship-building, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical skills, initiative and adaptability; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $64,990 to $123,230. Actual compensation is influenced by factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
