Director, Paid Media & SEO
for a client in the health and wellness space! Location:
Remote (With some travel to Dallas headquarters) – need to live in LA, SD, OC, Inland Empire (metro area in socal), Vegas, PHX, SLC, Tampa, Orlando and Miami. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic. Own and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy (local and national) to boost organic traffic and visibility. Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights to inform future strategies and executive reporting. Design and manage A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI. Collaborate with MarTech, Analytics, Sales, and Web teams to align media and SEO efforts with broader business goals. Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners to drive campaign efficiency. Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge. Align digital strategy with key brand moments, seasonal initiatives, and product launches. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in paid media and SEO, ideally within a multi-location or franchise business. Proven success driving performance marketing results across digital channels. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and media buying platforms. Experience working with CRM/CDP platforms (HubSpot required; Amperity or Klaviyo a plus). Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using BI tools like Tableau or DOMO. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams. Background in membership-based or wellness-focused businesses is a plus. Why Apply?
