Senior Marketing Recruiter
to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to
Head of Talent Acquisition
and is based in
San Jose, CA . This is an on-site role 5 days a week. Role and Responsibilities
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent with experience in the energy and technology industry. Hire across levels for roles in Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and Marketing operations. Hire GTM talent with experience in marketing to Hyperscalers, Datacenters, Utilities and International markets. Partner with Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective talent sourcing strategies. Manage full cycle recruiting process for marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions. Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers. Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GTM roles. Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties. Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on a regular basis. Skills and Experience
8-12 years recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team. Experience in hiring in the energy industry is preferred. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier GTM professionals. Experience hiring for Product Marketing, Field and Digital Marketing and Communications roles is required. BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. Ability to assess whether marketing candidates are strategic vs order takers. Ability to assess whether marketers add value to sales. Ability to identify candidates who know the best practices in tech/software industry. Proven track record of sourcing high-performing candidates across marketing roles - revenue marketing, communications, corporate marketing. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Indeed, and other social recruiting platforms. Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Corporate and senior level management recruiting experience. Experience with Workday preferred. Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates. Additional information
