We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Recruiter
to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to
Head of Talent Acquisition
and based in
San Jose CA . This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities
Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top Go to Market (GTM) talent with experience in the energy and technology industry.
Hire across levels for roles in Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and Marketing operations
Hire GTM talent with experience in marketing to Hyperscalers, Datacenters, Utilities and International markets
Partner with Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective talent sourcing strategies
Manage full cycle recruiting process for marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience
Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GTM roles.
Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties
Pay Details $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
