Overview
We are hiring immediately for full time COLD FOOD (SALAD) positions.
Location: Royal - 1050 Caribbean Way, Miami, FL 33132. Note: online applications accepted only.
Responsibilities
Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following approved merchandising guidelines.
Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
Clean, sanitize and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors in the preparation and serving areas.
Place meat, cheese or vegetables on cutting board and cut slices to designated thickness; operate slicing machine as required.
Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement: One to three years of experience is preferred.
