1 position We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, has a strong background in administrative support, and is passionate about helping leaders stay focused and effective. Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conference calls Track and follow up on key projects and deliverables Support other executive team members as needed Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and take initiative High level of professionalism and discretion Experience supporting C-level executives preferred Must be able to work on-site in San Diego, CA
