5:00 PM $54,200 - $56,250 annually Reports to: CEO Openings: 1 position We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, has a strong background in administrative support, and is passionate about helping leaders stay focused and effective. Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conference calls Track and follow up on key projects and deliverables Support other executive team members as needed Requirements:
