Overview
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (ORC Module) Dallas, TX / Jersey City, NJ / Tampa, FL (Onsite 3days/week) 6+ Months Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) , supporting end-to-end recruiting processes. Configure and maintain ORC features including job requisitions, candidate workflows, career sites, interview scheduling, and offer management. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable recruiting solutions. Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage integrations between ORC and other systems (e.g., background checks, assessments, onboarding). Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics related to recruiting metrics and compliance. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle support as needed.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management activities Develop and execute regression testing plans to validate system functionality post-update
Configure and optimize Redwood UI components to enhance user experience across Oracle HCM modules. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Recruiting module. Strong understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies. Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification(s). Experience with integrations and third-party recruiting tools. Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements (e.g., EEO, OFCCP). Knowledge of user experience design and candidate engagement strategies.
