LHH is currently seeking an experienced construction service Dispatcher for a growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The reason this position is open due to someone else being promoted after a few years of working there. This is a fast-paced environment and service calls must be answered within 2 hours. The ideal candidate would have about 3+ years of dispatching experience within a construction setting. Responsibilities: Dispatching and closing out calls Working in clients various 3rd party sites and software's Multitasking Prepares paperwork for escalated calls Will be working in multiple systems at a time Creating work orders Invoicing Answering and helping technicians immediately Providing correct ETA of arrival Assisting customers Qualifications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products High School Degree Required At least 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm Contract-to-hire Pay range: $20/hr - $25/hr depending on years of experience and position you qualify for.
