Facilities Dispatcher
LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a facilities dispatcher to join their team. This role is responsible for managing work orders, dispatching service technicians across multiple states, and ensuring timely and effective communication between internal teams and field personnel. This is a full-tim e,
onsite position with a standard weekday schedule. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch facilities maintenance technicians across multiple states Create, assign, and manage work orders using facilities or CMMS software Monitor open work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and field technicians to coordinate repairs and service requests Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician notes, and completion statuses Prioritize urgent issues and coordinate fast response times Support facilities team with general administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience with multi-state dispatching in a facilities, property management, or service-related environment Proficiency in work order creation and tracking using dispatch or CMMS software Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems) If you are interested, please apply now!
