Completion Supervisor (Level 3)
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Completion Supervisor (Level 3) to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will lead and supervise a team of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Aircraft Maintenance Expert: You possess in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and testing procedures. Fighter aircraft experience Experience with flight line maintenance and safety processes. Desired Skills: F-35 Experience Knowledge of Lockheed Martin manufacturing systems, including JTD/DOMMS/ALIS, QADs, PDM, VAS, and SFM. Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin's organizational processes and cross-functional collaboration. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster team development. Experience with managing represented employees in a union environment. Proven ability to execute policies and procedures effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
