Senior Paid Search Analyst
to own end-to-end paid media execution across a portfolio of U.S. markets. This role is hands-on (no people management) and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Youll build scalable, repeatable systems, optimize performance across multiple channels, and drive measurable ROI. Key channels include: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display/Retargeting); Microsoft/Bing Ads (Search, DSA, MSAN); Google Local Services Ads (LSAs); Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Market Ownership & Planning: Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across assigned DMAs/regions. Design scalable, geo-based account structures with consistent naming conventions, shared assets, and templates. Manage budgets and pacing; reallocate spend across markets/channels to maximize ROI. Campaign Execution Google Ads: Top Funnel (YouTube and Demand Gen for remarketing pool growth); Mid Funnel (Performance Max optimized for incremental, high-quality volume); Bottom Funnel (Search, DSA, call ads, and Display remarketing for conversions). Campaign Execution Meta (Facebook/Instagram): TOF (Awareness, Reach, Video, Reels, Traffic); MOF (Engagement campaigns and nurture-focused traffic); BOF (Lead gen and website conversions, with Instant Form testing); Infrastructure (CAPI with pixel/AEM, structured retargeting, lookalikes, and Advantage+ campaigns). Campaign Execution Microsoft/Bing Ads: Mirror Google structure (RSA/DSA, negatives, call ads); use MSAN for top-funnel reach; maintain UET tagging, conversion goals, and smart bidding strategies. Campaign Execution Local Services Ads (LSAs): Manage LSAs with inbound phone calls as the primary KPI; optimize for lead quality, dispute workflows, and ROI through call analysis. Optimization & Bidding: Daily hands-on optimizations (query mapping, ad testing, audience layering, budget pacing); Advanced Smart Bidding (tCPA/tROAS), including portfolio management, seasonality adjustments, and structured experiments; implement disciplined change management to avoid regressions during re-learning phases. Data, Measurement & Reporting: Own tracking integrity (GTM, GA4, UTMs, conversion/event setup); apply advanced conversion tactics (Customer Match, enhanced conversions, offline imports, value rules, attribution models); build Google Ads Custom Reports and GA4 Explorations; interpret Tableau dashboards; deliver concise weekly insights. Playbooks & Project Management: Partner with leadership to create playbooks, reporting standards, and lightweight systems; support agency insourcing with documentation and smooth transitions; manage multiple markets as structured mini-projects with clear priorities and timelines. AI-Enhanced Workflow: Leverage AI for keyword clustering, ad asset iteration, anomaly detection, and budget optimization; nice-to-have experience applying AI/quantitative methods to media mix modeling and portfolio optimization. Qualifications
5-8+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with deep expertise in Google Search and multi-market execution. Proven results across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, LSAs, and Metacovering both lead gen and varied spend levels. Strong Smart Bidding expertise (tCPA and tROAS), with disciplined change management. Highly analytical: able to diagnose performance trends and translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency with GA4, GTM, UTMs, and data governance best practices. Experience building Google Ads Custom Reports; Tableau (user-level) and advanced Excel/Sheets skills. Track record of building documentation, playbooks, and supporting agency insourcing. Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Nice to have: Experience in the home services category. Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are preferred. Benefits
