Our client, a leading advertising and marketing technology agency, is seeking an ambitious, energetic, and experienced Sr. Business Development Manager to join their team!

The
Senior Business Development Manager
should have a proven track record of driving sales revenue and selling marketing/digital advertising solutions to B2B clients. This role involves developing relationships with new clients, directing advertisers to fulfill their digital media needs, and maximizing their potential across platforms. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, planning and overseeing client campaigns, and identifying market opportunities while staying informed of industry trends and competitors.
Responsibilities: Proactively conduct cold calls, emails, research, and face-to-face meetings to fill the sales pipeline and meet sales goals. Manage and monitor leads in CRM, nurturing them into qualified opportunities. Use a consultative approach to ensure clients understand digital media solutions. Support campaign launches, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to target audiences. Track and report client activity using CRM and other tools. Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving. Meet performance standards including revenue targets and client retention goals. Prepare and present monthly reports and conduct quarterly reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Media, Marketing, and Operations. Build strong client partnerships by understanding and communicating their needs. Stay updated on digital media trends and communicate insights organization-wide. Serve as a digital advertising industry expert, especially in search, social media, and marketing strategies. Engage in networking and industry events to generate leads and new relationships. Identify additional revenue opportunities and prospects. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction. Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred. 6-8+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing/advertising within an agency environment. Knowledge of DSP advertising, social media, SEM/SEO, and related marketing services. Experience with RFP/RFI processes in a marketing agency context. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and other goals. Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand clients business challenges and craft strategies accordingly. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. Willingness to travel monthly for client meetings and industry events.
