Marketing Manager CRM Strategy And Personalization
As a Marketing Manager CRM Strategy and Personalization, you will develop and execute strategies that fuel business results and growth, drive relevance, and create more meaningful engagements with our customers. You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of initiatives, and analyzing performance for optimization. The Marketing Manager CRM Strategy and Personalization is responsible for managing CRM campaigns across Email, Push, Notification Center and Text including plan development, optimization and execution. You are a visionary strategist with strong leadership capabilities, adept at setting overarching strategies, leading multiple projects, solving complex marketing challenges, analyzing data to inform decisions, and effectively influencing cross-functional teams while communicating with diverse stakeholders. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do: Manage CRM campaigns across touchpoints: Email, Text, Push and Notification Center. Set the vision for strategies that drive business growth and customer relevance. Oversee the execution and optimization of multiple marketing campaigns. Manage relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into strategies, ensuring seamless execution Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve personalization and engagement through customer touchpoints. Support capability advancement by developing new ways to deliver on key business initiatives Mentor and potentially manage a team of marketers, driving successful campaign execution. Basic qualifications: 8+ years of experience in marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience working with cross functional partners in a corporate environment 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy development and execution 3+ years of experience working with multichannel CRM Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field Experience in CRM strategy and/or retention Experience working with Membership and/or Loyalty programs Strong analytical and storytelling skills and experience and experience with data-driven decision-making What's in it for you: We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
