$100.00/hr - $120.00/hr A Manhattan-based firm is a leading global investment company managing multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity, energy, infrastructure, real estate, credit, and hedge funds. The HRIS team plays a key role in designing, implementing, and administering the Firm's Human Capital operations and technology processes. This role partners closely with the HRIS & Transformation Principal and the broader Human Capital team to create systems that support both daily operations and long-term strategic goals! Job Responsibilities
Provide primary support for all HR systems, including core HCM, benefits, absence, reporting, applicant tracking, performance management, and any future systems. Maintain system-related aspects of key human capital processes such as benefits and absence administration, talent management, performance management, employee self-service, reporting, and integrations with finance and third-party vendor systems. Assist with ongoing system administration, including upgrades, testing, configuration changes, benefit plan updates, scheduled audits, and report development. Participate in system implementations or configuration of new functionality, assisting in developing technical and business requirements. Promote user adoption by updating training materials, responding to system user queries, and providing troubleshooting support, escalating issues when needed. Job Requirements
5 years of relevant experience. Experience implementing Human Capital technology solutions (including testing configuration changes and enhancements for IT systems). Workday experience, including testing and ongoing maintenance. Extensive experience using MS Office, particularly advanced Excel. Familiarity with HR-related industry standards & compliance requirements, HRIS system (Workday), Recruiting System (Greenhouse), implementation and ongoing operations experience. Disclosures
