Insight Global is seeking a HR Report Developer to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights. Base pay range
$42.00/hr - $48.00/hr Must Haves
4+ years
of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analysis (public sector experience a plus). Proficiency in
SQL Experience implementing
Dayforce Strong
analytical, organizational, and communication
skills. Ability to work
independently in a remote setting . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. What You’ll Do
Design & Maintain Reports : Build and manage custom reports and dashboards in
Dayforce HCM
(or similar platforms like Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM). Data Analysis : Use
SQL
to query, validate, and ensure the accuracy of recurring and ad hoc reports. Translate Needs into Solutions : Work closely with stakeholders to turn functional requirements into technical reporting specifications. As Reporting Needs Decrease, You’ll Also
Support the
HR helpdesk , resolving user issues in Dayforce and other HR systems. Assist with
W-2, ACA, and Open Enrollment
testing and documentation. Contribute to broader
HRIS projects
