Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales by utilizing store data and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store's overall performance. Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class experience, listen to customer needs, demonstrate product benefits, and seek ways to brighten customers' days. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to attract more traffic. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to inform recommendations. Team Involvement
Development:
Use provided resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and improve performance. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):
Promote open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, and foster teamwork and belonging. Operational Excellence
Time and Attendance:
Be punctual, reliable, present, and participate in teamwork; prioritize wellbeing and adhere to breaks and company news. Visuals and Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience. Stock and Inventory:
Use Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures:
Follow store opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications
Required:
Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred:
Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Team environment experience Experience in skincare or cosmetics DEIB or social justice training and cross-cultural collaboration Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Compensation
