Overview
Store Manager role responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the store’s business, achieving sales and profitability goals, maintaining operational standards, and developing a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team. Responsibilities
Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies Leverage local market knowledge of the clientele base and brand competitors Monitor business trends related to store success Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI analysis to support business-driving strategies Lead the team using company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet sales goals Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies Support implementation of key operational and visual guidelines Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using performance data Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation Develop schedules that deliver results while managing labor effectively Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals Represent Alo as an ambassador and cultivate a culture aligned with the mission Navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture Qualifications
5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Motivation to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability Aligns with Alo’s Guiding Principles and has an entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to move constantly in and around store areas Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb ladders Ability to stand and move for an entire shift Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr. Store Managers may participate in a Monthly Store Incentive which could increase total compensation. Full-time with open availability for variable shifts, including peak days and weekends. Must be able to work during the company’s blackout period (Thanksgiving week through early January). Company & Culture
