About the Role
We are seeking a professional, engaging, and collaborative Recruiter to join our client on a temporary basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will thrive working autonomously while contributing to a highly supportive and people-focused team environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Conduct video interviews and present qualified candidates with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct interaction with hiring managers.
Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
Demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
