Deal Sourcing & Evaluation

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities aligned with the companys strategic goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for acquisitions in new regions across the US.

Financial Analysis & Valuation

Develop financial projections for M&A opportunities through detailed analysis, pro-forma modeling, valuation assessments, and synergy evaluations to support potential transactions. Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and board discussions. Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with finance, clinical, and operations teams, providing relevant financial and operational due diligence analyses of target companies. Work with external advisors (investment banks, legal, tax, and accounting firms) to diligence deals and structure transactions efficiently. Assist in negotiating key deal terms and economics with insightful analysis.

Post-Merger Integration & Performance Tracking

Partner with internal teams to develop integration plans and ensure smooth transitions post-acquisition. Monitor acquired company performance against deal assumptions and identify areas for optimization.

Strategic Projects & Corporate Initiatives

Partner with the executive team and operational leaders to develop the business case and ROI for proposed strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

2-5 years of relevant M&A experience, including at least 2+ years with a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, venture capital firm, strategy consulting firm, or corporate development group. Bachelors degree with strong academic record. Experience developing transaction valuations and structure analyses by building discounted cash flow (DCF) models from historical financial statements and operations inputs, incorporating comparable transaction data. Experience working with sellers/management teams, investment banks, legal counsel, and external advisors. Track record of collaborating on all aspects of M&A deal execution and diligence, including management of internal and external deal teams. Experience or background in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required. Exceptional MS Excel, CRM, and PowerPoint skills. Additional Details
