Job Summary
The Product Program Coordinator/Girl Experience Coordinator (PGEC) is a member of the Product Program and Girl Experience teams for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP).
Product Program is a key part of Girl Scouting's entrepreneurial initiatives, teaching girls how to manage and run their own businesses through the Fall Product and Cookie Programs. The PGEC supports planning and executing events such as Cookie University and Financing Your Superpower.
The PGEC also handles Girl Experience and Entrepreneurship programming in Fort Worth, including coordinating, implementing, and partnering with volunteers to deliver these programs. The role emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice, fostering a respectful and professional environment.
In collaboration with the Product Program Manager, the PGEC exercises discretion on significant matters. This role is strategic and not purely administrative.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Program Responsibilities
Recruits, trains, supervises, and collaborates with volunteers.
Works with volunteers on weekly orders and inventory during the cookie program to ensure accuracy and reduce leftovers.
Maintains relationships with product vendors and corporate partners.
Assists in developing training materials, manuals, policies, newsletters, and communication tools with the team.
Coordinates with vendors, delivery agents, and outside entities for smooth program execution.
Supports revenue collection during the Cookie Program in Fort Worth.
Stays updated on GSUSA Product Program changes via webinars and meetings.
Girl Experience Responsibilities
Builds relationships with community, corporate partners, and vendors to deliver engaging programming.
Plans, facilitates, and evaluates diverse programs for girls aged 5-18, focusing on outcomes and budget adherence.
Partners with volunteers to deliver entrepreneurship and other Girl Scout programs.
Assesses girls' needs and develops relevant programming.
Develops progressive girl programming.
Works with the Girl Experience Team to enhance girl engagement and retention.
Stays current with educational trends and GSUSA guidelines.
General Responsibilities
Ensures safety, risk management, and crisis support.
Collaborates with departments for promotional and support strategies.
Provides high-quality support aligning with the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
Responds promptly to correspondence.
Travels as needed within service areas.
Participates in council projects and meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience working with staff, volunteers, vendors.
Commitment to Girl Scoutings mission.
Membership in Girl Scouts preferred.
Willingness to work with diverse populations.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during key periods.
Project management skills.
Volunteer management experience.
Customer service skills.
Technical proficiency, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Valid Texas drivers license and background checks.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regular communication, manual dexterity, and mobility required.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Moderate noise level.
