Project bidding, scheduling, risk analysis for new projects Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner 2-5+ years of Estimating experience in the construction industry Strong background in large-scale projects (preferred) Proven experience managing public/academic/K-12 construction projects (preferred) A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
