Provide executive leadership for Senior Living operations across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Foster a resident-first culture and empower teams to deliver exceptional care and service. Lead growth initiatives, including new build openings and lease-ups, and build occupancy targets. Collaborate with stakeholders to build and sustain strong community relationships. Qualifications
Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best. Proven Success : Track record of achieving occupancy goals and delivering results on time and within budget. Operational Mastery : Deep experience in operations, healthcare, customer service, and fiscal responsibility in senior living. Strong Relationship Builder : Builds lasting relationships with residents, families, and the community. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred Licensed Assisted Living Administrator
