Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience with public works projects responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
  • Manage change orders and RFIs, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience with public works and government projects
  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
