As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, the Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our company. Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week. Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Benefits
