Based in our clients Houston office, this opportunity is ideal for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Real Estate Partner who wants to work with developers, REITs, homebuilders, equity investors, lenders, and government entities on high-profile transactions across the U.S. and internationally. Compensation
Base pay range: $500,000.00/yr - $1,000,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Interlink Talent Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Lead and manage sophisticated real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. Counsel clients through all aspects of real estate development: entitlements, re-zoning, incentives, construction agreements, and joint ventures. Handle portfolio and single-asset transactions involving office, mixed-use, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and residential sectors. Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams (tax, environmental, construction, litigation) to provide seamless legal service. Leverage your network and industry affiliations to drive continued market visibility and client value. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and current admission to the Texas Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Extensive experience in real estate law, ideally in a large or mid-sized law firm setting. Demonstrated success leading complex transactions, including financings, REAs, joint ventures, and sale/leaseback deals. Experience representing a wide variety of real estate clients from developers and REITs to institutional investors and homebuilders. Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with a keen commercial sensibility. Opportunities to collaborate with a nationally ranked real estate team and work on cutting-edge projects.
