Overview
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate to join their Los Angeles team. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high-value transactions in joint ventures, real estate financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of asset classes, including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Advise clients on a range of complex real estate transactions, including financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions. Work across real estate asset classes: office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality. Draft, review, and negotiate financing, acquisition, and joint venture agreements. Provide strategic guidance on structuring transactions and mitigating risks. Collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions. Qualifications
Mid-level to senior associate with substantial experience in real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions. Strong lender-side financing background welcomed. Outstanding academic credentials from a top law school. Comparable law firm experience with a track record in complex real estate matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
