Team Leader
to supervise a multidisciplinary ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that recovery services, vocational services, and clinical support are incorporated into the treatment plans for each individual client. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience as well as a background in community-based work with adults with persistent mental illness. Responsibilities: Supervise all administrative and clinical functions of the team and team members Monitor the overall delivery of services and the utilization of support for clients served Ensure coordination of all case management services, including assistance with income management, insurance, and scheduling/coordination of medical and psychiatric appointments Ensure that services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and reflect individual preferences Promote independence and strength-based interventions to assist with goal attainment Ensure that recovery services, vocational support, and clinical care are integrated into every aspect of treatment and interventions Facilitate and oversee clinical assessments to include risk and crisis management evaluation and intervention Provide direct clinical interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating schedule Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field Experience working with adults with mental illness Licensure or commitment to obtain licensure within the required timeframe of the licensing body Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm
